We are seeking a patient, caring Support Worker to assist Hannah with homework and support her with her interests.

Your role will be to support Hannah with personal care and domestic tasks, food and drink preparation, life skills (promoting independence), completing homework, accompanying her with activities at home and within the community, and providing companionship. You may also be required to help transport Hannah to appointments, and support Hannah with her therapy programmes.
