About You
We are looking for a compassionate, proactive, and dedicated Female Support Worker* to join the care team supporting Rachel, a young woman living with Acquired Brain Injury. This role involves working in her family home, alongside her family and therapists, to provide high-quality, person-centred care.
- Rachel lives with her family and two friendly dogs — you’ll need to be comfortable around pets.
- You’ll be part of a close-knit team, working collaboratively with her family and therapists.
Essential Skills & Experience
- Female applicant – required due to the nature of personal care
- Experience supporting individuals with Acquired Brain Injury
- Confident and comfortable working in a home setting, with sensitivity to Rachel’s and her family's needs
- Water confident, able to assist with hydrotherapy sessions
- Full driving licence (endorsements must be disclosed) and access to own vehicle for transporting Rachel
