Hours: We are recruiting for bank support workers, with the opportunity to discuss contracted hours at interview stage depending on your availability and our client’s needs. You will be expected to work both day and night shifts and flexibility to accompany on holiday.
Pay:
- Weekday, Day Shifts: £15.11 per hour
- Weekend & Bank Holiday, Day Shifts: £16.37 per hour
- Waking Nights: £18.44 to £21.19 per hour
- Sleeping Nights: National Living Wage/National Minimum Wage (dependent on candidate's age) + bonus per hour for the Weekends

She attends a day centre and loves learning new things, so part of your role will be to support her educational and social experiences. You'll also assist her in exploring new activities, helping her maintain a rich and fulfilling life.
This young woman has a zest for life and a wonderful sense of humour. She thrives on routine but also enjoys trying new things and meeting new people. Your role will be crucial in helping her explore her interests and make the most of every day. She requires assistance with all aspects of daily living, but she also loves being involved in her care and making decisions about her day.
Her family are involved in her care and works closely with her support team to ensure her needs are met and that she continues to grow and enjoy life. They value a team that communicates openly, respects their daughter's individuality, and shares their commitment to providing the best care possible.
Main Duties and Responsibilities
- Assist with personal care and daily living activities (you must be female for this reason)
- Help her participate in fun and meaningful activities, both at home and in the community
- Support her independence and help her make choices that enhance her quality of life
- Provide emergency seizure care and daily physiotherapy to manage her Cerebral Palsy (full training provided)
- Work alongside her family and current care team to ensure she is safe, happy, and thriving in a supportive environment
- Make a real difference in a young woman’s life by helping her live it to the fullest
- Become part of a supportive team that works collaboratively with her family
