About The Role

Are you an Occupational Therapist, Physiotherapist, Nurse or Social Worker looking for a new challenge? Or are you an existing Case Manager looking for work within an inclusive, client centred and supportive organisation? 

We are seeking registered health and social care professionals with specialist knowledge and experience in working with children in acquired/ traumatic brain injury to join our team in the Bristol area.  

At ILS, our Case Managers have a manageable case load with a focus on person centred work, putting the client at the heart of what we do.  

On joining, you will receive a comprehensive induction and have regular, ongoing training and professional development opportunities through supported CPD. 

Working remotely for ILS doesn't mean working alone. Our Case Managers are supported by a dedicated Professional Mentor who is experienced in case management, you will receive regular mentorship sessions. We also provide networking opportunities through professional and social events within an inclusive and collaborative culture.

Our Case Managers are also supported by an experienced Head Office team.

The role is offered on a part-time, hourly or salary employed basis.  Working from your home, you would manage a client caseload within your geographical area working your hours flexibly and to meet client needs.

About You

We require Health and Social Care professionals who have extensive expertise of working with children with catastrophic injuries; including traumatic brain injury, poly-trauma, spinal cord injury, limb loss and cerebral palsy.

You will have experience of working directly with clients in the community and be able to demonstrate your professional abilities, within the field of complex, long-term health care assessment, care planning and achieving  positive outcomes for clients.

You will have current HCPC/NMC/Social Work England registration and an up to date CPD portfolio.
