She also like to go to the cinema and to attend the theatre.

Sam would like a Support Worker to assist her with accessing the local community and supporting with everyday life as required, this will include shopping, gardening, administrative duties and helping with attendance to medical appointments.  There will be other tasks relating to the care and welfare as necessary and appropriate.  Structure is important to Sam, so a weekly planner is kept, which the Support Worker will talk through and discuss if anything requires changing, and will need to ask Sam if she requires any help with certain tasks rather than assuming she does.

This is an excellent opportunity for you to join Sam's dedicated home care team and develop existing skills and support this independent lady.
